Bipin Agarwal is the CEO of Redhawk Investments Group and has been the primary visionary behind the company.
Previously, he was a Co-founder, Director, and Executive Vice President of the North American Operations at Tanning Technology Corporation. As a member of the company’s operating committee and board, he participated in M&A activity, developed strategic business alliances, maintained analyst relationships, and helped take the company public in 1999. During its peak Tanning Technology had a market value of more than a $1B and over 500 employees.

Mr. Agarwal is a seasoned senior executive with a track record of driving visionary technology solutions for start-up, high growth, and Fortune 500 organizations. He has consistently been delivery-focused and proactive in all his endeavors. His committed leadership in the development of high-performance teams to support both business and information-technology initiatives has been exceptional. He also has an extensive background in software development and infrastructure build-out and roll-out.

Prior to his executive involvement at Tanning Technology, Mr. Agarwal was the chief architect for several large scale open systems, and he is nationally recognized for the design and deployment of TP monitor-enabled online transaction processing and strategic decision support systems. He has designed many of Tanning Technology’s large-scale technology solutions, including the system architecture for E*Trade, FedEx and FundServ. His mutual funds application for FundServ won the Canadian Information Productivity Award for the best use of technology in 1995.

Currently, Mr. Agarwal is an angel investor in several technology related ventures. He also serves as a senior management consultant to a number of start-ups, helping them define business strategy and go-to market strategy. He has defined and launched offshore management consulting services to help clients build or optimize their offshore IT operations. He advises companies on building IT delivery strategy and has recently provider leadership to run an IT services delivery organization for a mid-sized company. In addition, he has served on the board of directors for a number of companies.

He holds an Masters Degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, where he was graduated as class Valedictorian of the class of 1985.
