Nidhi is responsible for strategic direction and operational execution at DatamanUSA, LLC. She has many years of experience in the high tech arena and is an Oracle expert with over 14 years of experience in Oracle database technologies, Oracle Financials Application, software project management, IT consulting , and teaching. Nidhi has been successfully managing DatamanUSA since its inception and is also a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) .

Nidhi possesses extensive expertise in managing software development lifecycle projects with databases, web technologies, and Oracle Financial modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing. She holds a Master’s Degree in Oracle Applications from Oracle University.

In addition to her duties at DatamanUSA, Nidhi has also been a visiting lecturer at Westwood College of Technology in Denver, CO and a member of the Board of Directors of Aeolian; a non-profit art and music institute with branches in Denver and Boulder In addition. She served as Director of the Marketing Committee for the National Association of Women Business Owners. Nidhi studied Electrical Engineering at Madhav Institute of Technology & Science in , Gwalior, India in 1991. This was followed by a post-graduate Honors Diploma in Computer and Information Systems from the National Institute of Information Technology.
