Because DatamanUSA believes proper planning is required for the project's health, we generate a Project Plan and a Quality Plan. We take the necessary action after checking the results from our plan and a quality plan for each project. Metrics are collected to ensure correct direction in each phase of the project. Based on people, time and project complexities, we determine a project's schedule and effort required. A work breakdown structure is drawn to complete component parts, and the work tasks are defined to complete those parts. We continue to work with users in clearly defining entry and exit criteria for each phase to deliver a quality product. Teams are built based on project schedule and project complexities, in consultation with the client to achieve the common goal.
