Project Management

Because DatamanUSA believes proper planning is required for a project's health, we generate a Project Plan and a Quality Plan. We take necessary actions after checking the results of our plans. Metrics are collected to ensure correct direction in each phase of the project. Based upon people, time, and project complexities, we determine a project's schedule and the appropriate effort required. A work breakdown, including defined work tasks, is undertaken. In consultation with the client, teams are built based upon these criteria. As the project proceeds, we continue to work with the client to clearly define entry and exit criteria for each phase. This ensures that we are able to deliver a quality product that meets or exceeds our client’s expectations.
