Ferooza Eswaran ("Faith")

As our exceptional Human Relations Manager, Faith works closely with both the sales and recruiting teams. DatamanUSA has more than 75 employees, and Faith is an integral part of our efforts as a company.

She has been successfully handling the various facets and needs of the HR department for the last four years. A microbiologist and college professor for eleven years, she has made the switch from classroom and laboratory to the office and the field of HR effortlessly and naturally. She holds a Masters Degree from Unversity of Pune, India, and is currently working toward her PHR certification.

Faith is a member of the CTRN (Colorado Technical Recruiters Network). In addition, she volunteers at 'Brent's Place', (a home for children with cancer) and at the Annual Indian Nepalese Heritage Camp, which is an annual camp for families who have adopted children of Indian origin. She is also involved in various other community service projects.

Faith lives with her husband and two children in Englewood, a suburb of Denver.
