The Technology Support Staffing Services contract is to enable the Baltimore County Public School’s IT Group to procure technology support in a quick manner and on an as-needed basis. The intent of this contract is to provide network engineering and HelpDesk/Desktop support services on an as-needed basis and in a timely manner. DatamanUSA already operates as trusted provider on the State of Maryland for various government agencies.

In addition, TSS has a small group of highly skilled IT Analysts, and a Repair Shop that services all technology equipment at BCPS.
