RTD awarded the sole contract to DatamanUSA to provide support and enhancement of the functional and technical capabilities within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 12.1.3) – and planning and implementing the next logical upgrade/alternatives of products and tools. The Work Orders will span short to mid-term periods addressing business, management of technology and consultant services. The activities are inclusive of all activities necessary to support, enhance and update the Oracle products and tools. The initial term of the contract shall be for a period of Three years. There shall be 2 On-Year Option periods. Some of the modules to implement will be Cloud Planning and Budgeting, Cloud Contracting, Sourcing and Procurement, Workday HR and Payroll, Cloud Financial, Cloud Supply Chain.

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) offers mass transit services via bus and light rail in the Denver area. The agency services almost 3 million people across six counties, covering approximately 2,300 square miles. The agency bus system operates a fleet of approximately 1,000, but leases a little more than 400 to private operators. Light rail system of RTD includes almost 40 stations spread over some 35 miles of track, and provides almost 75 park-n-ride facilities. The Service territory encompasses all of Boulder, Broomfield, Denver and Jefferson counties, along with parts of Adams, Arapahoe, Weld, and Douglas counties. The agency was established by the Colorado legislature in 1969.
